One of the truisms of wholehearted living is You either walk into your story and own your truth, or you live outside of your story, hustling for your worthiness.

Pick Up Your Pen: The Power of Your Story

I love Brene Brown’s words, “You either walk into your story and own your truth, or you live outside of your story, hustling for your worthiness.”

I am so glad and grateful I finally made it to the place in my emotional healing journey where I don’t have to “hustle for my worthiness.” Don’t get me wrong, there are moments, but overall, I know my value, worth, and dignity. Now, I am here to hold space and call back to YOU.

In my new book, Stronger Every Day: 9 Tools for an Emotionally Healthy You, I invite you to “pick up your pen,” and begin writing your new narrative. In the Introduction, Where the Light Enters, I offer an audio meditation, “Pick Up Your Pen,” to help you begin your very own emotional healing journey, so that you, too, can STOP hustling for your worthiness.
