Let’s journey, together.
As a board-certified life coach and non-licensed, trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in mental, emotional, and relational health—particularly focusing on family systems in need of finding the emotional good bones of their family legacy in order to restore, repair, and rebuild (Isaiah 61:4). My faith frames my work, but I am respectful and supportive, even if we don’t share that framework. I know the exhaustion and confusion of tripping over the same, stubborn unhealthy behavior patterns. My approach is unique and I’d love to talk with you about establishing an efficient, effective, mental and emotional health journey. Give your heart and nervous system a little break, right now, by listening to “Come, Sit By the Well,” an audio meditation I created just for you.

How Coaching Intensives Work
The healing process can involve significant work in: attachment, memory reconsolidation (clearing negative narratives and feedback loops, in order to achieve neuroplasticity), childhood trauma, embodiment (somatic attachment), cognitive reframing, emotion reparation, making meaning and sense of one’s individual and family history, and establishing healthy behavior practices and communication skills.
I limit my clientele in order to specialize in intensive work. This untraditional coaching/counseling model affords more intentional, strategic, and efficient work. Expect 6-12 sessions, on the average. When you are ready, schedule your assessment: https://www.janellrardon.com/schedule/.
Your healing journey involves implementing these useful tools:
The Heartlift Method
The Hearlift Method, a synergistic model combining highly strategic principles and practices of counseling, life coaching, and spiritual direction. A three-fold cognitive and emotional healing process that involves reflecting, reframing, and re-authoring your History of Hurts into a Vision of Victory. This model is outlined in Overcoming Hurtful Words: Rewrite Your Story.
Aroma Freedom Technique & Young Living Therapeutic Oils
Aroma Freedom Technique, a revolutionary healing modality developed by Dr. Benjamin Perkus in collaboration with Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils. This process involves memory reconsolidation, neuroplasticity, and strategic intentionality.
Enneagram Assessment and Personal Development
Contemplative Spiritual Practices and Mindfulness
Somatic Awareness: Your Body Keeps the Score
Somatic Awareness, postural and movement evaluation, communication and guidance through touch and words, and the patterning of new movement choices and practices that activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
Positive Psychology Tools
Positive Psychology, a branch of psychology focused on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose—to move beyond surviving to flourishing.

Listen to the Podcast Series, "Safe and Secure Homes" on Spotify
In response to clients needing “FIRST STEPS” in bringing calm into the chaos of their family systems, Janell created “Safe & Secure Homes,” a series of podcast episodes dedicated to creating a firm foundation of emotional, mental, and spiritual health inside the hallways of our homes.

“I really cannot say enough about Janell and how much she has helped our family. She has met with each of us individually and collectively as a family. She has given us the tools to tackle some very deep-rooted issues in our family lineage and helped us navigate a ‘new manual’ for our family. She continues to be a source of constant help and support to both me & my family. Countless times I’ve wanted to quit. Healing wounds of the past can seem impossible, but Janell kept calling back to me. She never gave up on me or my family. I highly recommend her to any family. She won’t like me adding this, but I’m doing it anyway. I always say to myself, ‘Everybody needs a Janell.'”
