An Unhurried Holiday

Ready for More Peace & Joy

When I interviewed Amy Anderson of Unhurried Presence, I knew what I had to do: design a special journey for YOU and ME that would help us all have an unhurried holiday season. I had so much fun working on this journey and I hope you find it helpful, too.

Sign up below, and I’ll send you a short, daily heartlift for 28 days, November 26 – December 23. It’s designed so you can work at your own pace. I’ll also be adding short videos + thoughts over on our private FB community page, Stronger Every Day.

Do you find yourself rushing through your day, especially during the holidays, and then realizing you haven’t even stopped for a drink of water? Make this holiday different. Unhurry yourself by pausing to hydrate—your heart, mind, and body.

During the height of COVID-19, I heard a reporter say, “Rush hour has become hush hour.” I remember stopping and soaking that in, remember how when my kiddos were littles, I implemented 30-minutes of quiet time in our homeschooling day, because we all needed a break from each other. Ponder isn’t a word we hear very much these days. But, it is a powerful concept. Earlier on our journey, we talked about how Mary “pondered in her heart” all that was happening to her (Luke 2:19). What are you “pondering in your heart” today?

Fill out the info below, and I'll send you a link to download the PDF interactive guide, "Why Am I So Angry?" I believe that if you put in the hard work + intentional application of these principles + spiritual fortitude into this healing practice, you will move into a far more meaningful life.
